Game results on laky97 are determined by Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for most titles. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in studio environments. Neither game type guarantees any outcome. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
The laky97 sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football and Esports, among other events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. All odds are subject to change before confirmation.
Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by laky97, it is binding. You cannot amend or cancel a confirmed bet. Bets on events that are subsequently abandoned or not completed according to the relevant sporting rules will be handled in accordance with laky97's void bet policy, which states that abandoned events are voided and stakes returned to the player's balance unless specific in-play rules apply.
laky97 reserves the right to limit the size of bets placed on specific markets, events or outcomes. Maximum bet limits for specific events will be displayed in the sports section. laky97 also reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error.
In-play betting markets close at various points during a live event. Bets submitted but not yet confirmed at the moment a market closes will not be accepted. Players are responsible for confirming that their bets have been accepted before the market closure.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on laky97 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Where laky97 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may withhold, freeze or void any associated winnings, bonuses or balances pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not receive compensation for any amounts withheld as a result.
You may close your laky97 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally. Your real-money balance (after deducting any bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements that have not been met) will be returned to your registered payment method.
laky97 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion. Where closure is initiated by laky97 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonuses or bonus-derived balances may be forfeited. Real-money deposits will generally be returned unless the closure is the result of confirmed fraud, money laundering activity or other serious breach.
Players who self-exclude through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings will have their account restricted for the duration chosen. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed early. On expiry of a self-exclusion period, reactivation requires contacting support directly.
